REFUND POLICY

ZeWood will happily accept returns (excluding delivery costs) due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

The return shipping costs should be covered by Customer.  All refunds exclude delivery costs.


Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

We do our best to ensure that your parcels are delivered intact, but logistics companies are sometimes irresponsible. Therefore, in case of a breakdown of some parts of the mechanism, we’ll send you a new one and you’ll need to replace it yourself. You’ll also get an instructional video on how to do this. A broken mechanism cannot be the reason for a replacement or return of goods.

Please note all personalized items and items on sale are non-refundable.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To start your return:

  1. Send us an email at hello@zewood.co, to get the return shipping address.
  2. Send the item back and take a picture of your postal receipt.
  3. Get your coupon when the item has arrived.
